I always read reviews. But know when I do it. I take 5 STARS like mine. You must own the company or own stock. And those who are good at 1 STAR can't even look at the pictures and make sure it's EASY! Period. Have I seen TOO MANY PARTS? Married couple. lol. Repackaged and sent back? You returned a bike rack with very few parts. No screw or washer to assemble! Guess rubber tire straps would be a BIT like attaching rubber straps to a steel bar? Someone mentions the instructions were terrible. I AGREE! Look at the parts of the picture and have on it. As the saying goes, use common sense and it's EASY! I put the bike on the rack, adjusted and checked by shaking the bike. It's going nowhere but to its destination! Oh yeah. common sense people. You also don't upload bike photos. LOL CONCLUSION. This bike rack is inexpensive, durable, easy to assemble and I'm looking forward to my first bike ride. Has almost all the features of a very expensive bike rack, but at a fraction of the cost of a bike rack. Fully assembled bike racks for those of you who can't figure it out. There are bike shops waiting for your $400! Enjoy your bike rides!
