I like that it allows me, as an instructor of online courses with multiple students at once (in this case my own), control what happens in each student's session without having them all open simultaneously - they can be logged into their separate sessions independently so there are no issues if one user does not log-on or disconnects unexpectedly from some reason.

It also has great features such as allowing easy saving/loading assignments etc which saves time when grading! The program itself seems very difficult to navigate sometimes but other than those small things everything works well enough overall! We use visilearn primarily because our customers prefer using web browsers over any desktop version we offer; however you could easily create your course content entirely within Microsoft Word instead by creating presentations & uploading files just about anywhere through MS Office Online Services then embedding links back here via HTML code. I like that it's easy, intuitive & straight forward! It has been great so far (aside from some minor glitches). The ability of being able use my existing courseware with minimal modifications makes this an ideal choice as we have many courses already created in Moodle which can be used right away without having our students go through training or learning how they work first - just plug 'n' play!!
