It is one of those things you see, but don't try for it first because there are so many other options out their as well! We chose this option after having some issues with our previous solution in getting users hooked up across different departments within an organization (and ensuring everyone was happy!). The training was very thorough explaining how everything functions internally. There were lots of features available which made me excited about trying them all when I had time during my day job/after hours duties at work. They seem like they have great support since we've been using it almost 2 years now still going strong! You can set reminders or check off tasks automatically from email if someone forgets something important-this has saved us tons of money over past solutions where people would forget assignments completely.
