I love face masks and this is by far my favorite. I didn't know it didn't flake but found out it is even better. Delivery was fast. The box was sealed in plastic wrap and as others have pointed out there was a small amount of leakage from the glass inside but that wasn't a big deal. It comes with a tiny spatula in the lid (for precise areas I think?). The smell is really pleasant, clean and light. The good thing about it being non-removable is that I can have God knows how many uses for it. I use it once a week and I usually rub in the first layer and then use a silicone brush to apply a thicker layer. After drying, rinse with a damp cloth. My skin is plump, smooth and firm after just 3 uses. My only downside is that I wish they had a silver bead that works for illuminating/brightening. Other than that, it's just my favorite thing to do. Also, yes, it tingles/burns a bit, but most volume products do.
