Good for calibrating pressure gauges.
I bought this to use with my gauge calibration kit to calibrate gauges in a brewery. My old controller drifted too much, making it very difficult to calibrate the meter. This one works pretty well and is stable once you get the pressure you want. The ports are the right size and position for my use. It's a gauge pressure gauge, so if I go over the desired pressure, all I have to do is back off a bit. In the photo, the digital calibration gauge is on the right, the gauge is calibrated on the left of the regulator, and the air is on the far left. .
