This is my first cycling jersey. I'm 190cm or just 6ft 3in tall and 235lbs. XL It fits but not too tight and I need to lose some weight. So for a 6ft 3in fit, this might be too loose if you want something really comfortable and fitted. Excellent value for money, comfort. Only thing I wish it was a little longer as I have an average torso length for my height and it falls just below my waist so I might try XXL. leave the back of the liver open. I just received size XXL, I like that it fits a little bit better than XL. Both work, I'm between 6ft and 3 inches tall. 235kb.
