The hooks themselves work but there are a few issues with this product. I counted the pieces and I'm missing 5 of the 15 3 hole picture hangers promised in the description. Unfortunately, this was my deciding factor in purchasing this set over the others. It seemed to have the good range I needed and heavier hangers were supplied as well. There are complaints about the box claiming to have been repaired, but I disagree. My box was damaged but still works (see photo). Dividers fall out easily and things get mixed up, but that's not the end of the world. I just want that I received all the items listed in the product description. If they get it right and send me the rest of my hangers, I'll be happy to give them a better rating.
