We order 2 batteries, one fell apart during construction of deck, however only one email to seller and a replacement was on its way and arrive very quickly after they were notified. Down side is that the replacement battery hit a tiled floor during a bathroom remodel and the casing also broke on this one. We were able to taped back together and connect to drill where the other had to be taped to the actual drill to finish job. I would not hold seller responsible for accidents on a job site. I am not sure that I would order these again for construction sites as they do appear to be a bit fragile however for around house they should be fine. The batteries do fit the Craftsman drill we have and the batteries hold a charge so they are a good and reasonable priced battery for replacement when doing jobs around the house.
