The real-time alerts are very useful to see what is happening within our network. I like the ability to get notifications when something breaks down within the system. Sometimes it takes a while for certain issues to be addressed in the system and once they're fixed we don't know about it. It would be nice if we could set up alerts on a system level so that we're notified immediately upon the issue occurring rather than waiting until there's a message. We use this software as a monitoring tool to keep us informed of any problems or outages within our network.
