Intuitive and easy to use system for monitoring our IT infrastructure

The real-time alerts are very useful to see what is happening within our network. I like the ability to get notifications when something breaks down within the system. Sometimes it takes a while for certain issues to be addressed in the system and once they're fixed we don't know about it. It would be nice if we could set up alerts on a system level so that we're notified immediately upon the issue occurring rather than waiting until there's a message. We use this software as a monitoring tool

Great IT security monitoring solution

I like that Niara has a lot of flexibility in deploying solutions. I like that Niara is easy to work with, and the support is great. I dislike the fact that it's so expensive to use. It's not cheap. It's not a no-brainer. If you can afford it, then it's a great tool. It's a great tool. It can make things a bit more secure. It can help you find the source of an attack more efficiently. The ability for us to send out alerts without having to rely on third parties or expensive services. It also…

Very useful software that will definitely boost productivity

The interface is very easy for even non-technical users from our support team who are not familiar with scripting languages or programming language such as Ruby/Python etc., Our system administrator can setup new rules in minutes by using this tool without any coding skills required which helps us save lots of efforts during emergencies like DDoS attack and other related issues faced while monitoring traffic flows via WAF devices. We didn't face much issue since we started working together but

  • Sometimes it shows some false positives that should not be in the IP's list, which I believe it is a false positive
