Tested and APPROVED!

I wanted to use this pot a while before I reviewed it. I had ordered another more expensive Dutch oven which I ended up returning because the color was a muted light green color not like the mint green I had expected. Instead, I found this much less expensive one in a beautiful bright red. It cooks like a dream! I have made several soups and just today a mushroom Bolognese. My last Dutch oven always tended to scorch. This one creates a fond nicely, but it does has not overheated at the bottom. I am so pleased.

I got this put to make bread. and it works great for me. happy with the price and quality.

Cons

The red enamel coating may not withstand frequent use and could chip or scratch easily
