*UPDATE 2*The seller called me back and did everything right. Great customer service *UPDATE* I received this on September 30th. A little over a month has passed. I've only used it 10 times since I got it. When it turns on and gets hot for me it starts to overheat and smoke, not a drop of smoke, LOTS of smoke. But most of the time I've tried to use it over the last few days it just flashes red and turns off. I have contacted the seller hopefully they can give me a replacement as after a month of ownership it shouldn't. Will be updated again if or if the seller replies (literally and figuratively). I have used it several times before and have no complaints about it. It heats up quickly and has 3 different heating levels. The heat is also distributed evenly. I had a Cricut mini press before I got this one but it died on me. This one seems to be significantly better than the real Cricut brand in my opinion.
