This should be a very strong indication that the product is being described as "wood grain repair tape, adhesive for door bottoms, tables and chairs". I actually decided not to buy this product, but then I saw pictures of a leather sofa and armchair that were patched. Since I needed to fix a hole in a leather chair and also patch the armrest of a leather office chair, I figured why not. The product is not too expensive and can work. Well, the product is a rigid polyethylene film. It looks like hard plastic wrap and feels like hard plastic wrap. This repair tape will probably work better on wood or plastic, but it definitely shouldn't be used on leather furniture unless you like the feel of hard and crumpled plastic against your skin. I also ordered a repair patch from MastaPlasta and found it to be a much better product for repairing both leather chairs. MastaPlasta feels like soft skin, the glue really sticks to the skin and doesn't feel like cheap plastic.
