Didn't solve the problem properly.

Almost identical to original equipment. However, the original made a ticking noise, so I replaced it. This one doesn't tick, but makes a little noise in other ways. I've been building these machines for 36 years and I know the fans need to be quieter. I'm leaving but I only put 3 stars.
