Of the 10+ different protein shakes I've used in the last 6 months or so, this is one of if not the best tasting. It has a nice average peanut butter flavor with no hint of cardboard, no artificial sweetener flavors and nothing that makes it "flavorless". It mixes quite well with 2% milk and shakes vigorously in a shaker, but does not dissolve completely. There were still clumps of powder. For best results, it's probably best to use a blender. Although there were lumps in it, they just tasted great. This shake doesn't have the highest amount of protein I've seen, but it's enough. It's also quite high in calcium, iron, and potassium, and packs 8 grams of fiber for a fairly low calorie count. The package suggests using it in smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal or baked goods and that would be a great use. to this in addition to simply mixing with milk or water. The sweetener in it is monk fruit extract. It works great and is a great substitute for other chemical sweeteners or stevia. With all the possible uses for this protein powder, it's a great choice as a protein powder and for any other creative way you can think of to cook or bake with it or add it to anything else in your diet.
