Edelbrock should include a shim kit with manifold. When replacing the manifold, new gaskets must be installed. They also need to come up with a run-in throttle for customers who choose to use the original quad. I had to make one to the best of my ability using hangers, a heat gun and 3 sets of pliers. That works fine.
