Looks nice. Poor adhesion

Product looks good. First I wiped this spot with alcohol and then applied. It looked great. Coming home from a trip, I noticed that one side was loose. I pulled on him and he fell easily. The same with the other side. I'm trying to decide if I want to go back or try a different glue.
