I am new to using a safety razor and I am a female. I've always had to shave a lot as I'm Spanish and Greek. Half of me shave every day. It's a chore, but I really hate body hair. Anyway, I have shaving issues and ingrown hairs, so I started researching possible solutions. One should get an aftershave spray and the other should use a safety razor. I was a little nervous, but other women have tried and survived, so I tried too. I always wear glasses and walk slowly. Luckily I didn't cut myself any more than with any other razor. I have an inexpensive brush and shaving soap which makes it a pleasure. I still use the disposable for sensitive areas where I'm too scared to shave. I am very happy with how smooth it makes areas! I bought other replacement razor heads that I saw were popular. All is well. Glad you switched!
