I am amazed at the overall presentation and quality at such a low price ($48). I have used and own other projectors, from the basic 300 ANSI LG projectors to the larger and more powerful Xgimi H1 and H2 and Ben Q. These are not the same projectors, this is a budget projector, keep that in mind. Build: The build quality is excellent. Looks like an expensive projector. The shape/case and strap were a wise choice. Sound: There are stereo speakers, and while they're not audiophile quality, they're more than enough for listening to music or watching a movie on the go, as long as you're not in a noisy place (that's right, who wants to talk while filming) and I wasn't just from Sounded surprised but more than happy with them, they sound better than my little $300 LG. Brightness: Brightness is more than acceptable and you won't have any trouble projecting onto a wall or screen when viewing in the dark. I first tested in the middle of the day in my kitchen, watching a music video that streamed flawlessly on a Chromecast with minimal blurring on a screen size of around 40 inches. about the whole picture, which to be honest was a big surprise. Cheap projectors usually have some issues with focus uniformity. There are actual picture and sound settings which were amazing so you can tweak the settings but I will say the color and color temperature looks amazing in the package which was another surprise. So, is there a catch? Yes, and it might be a deal breaker for some, but I'll update as I test more. When playing music videos with Chromecast, there was an annoying refresh delay line that constantly appeared in the top 1/3 of the frame in the video. It's distracting and annoying and almost made me want to return it (I still can, is that the seller's intention or a mistake?). However, I have a few other cheap Halloween hologram projectors with a resolution lower than 720 that don't have this problem, so I don't know. For the price I really have nothing to complain about, because the picture and sound are excellent overall and the brightness is great. If there are lag lines in all use cases, from text to small video clips to my Halloween holograms and movies, despite what it has this projector won't be worth it to me, and as I said only tested with chromecast base and music videos so far.
