Now that the chairs are complete we really like them. If the instructions say it takes 10 minutes to set up, you're wrong. On the fourth chair, I shortened it to 27 minutes. Each chair was missing screws, but they were enough to finish the job. Make sure the rivets on the upholstery seat are aligned with the wood base. When I finished assembling all four, I noticed that three of the four pads had their connecting brass rivets offset to the wood base. Although I'm probably the only one who notices. Again, I love the chair and would buy it again, but be careful when assembling.
