The ease of access to all the information in one place, the ability to create reminders that can be sent to the patient and the ability to access their records as well as the ability to send messages. The ability to have an app that is available on all devices. I would like to be able to access the app on my phone. I would also like for the app to be able to connect to the EMR. If you are looking for an easy to use, cost effective option, this is it. It does not have the bells and whistles of other software but it does the job. I have been able to create reminders and sent them to the patient and I have been able to access their records. I have been able to send messages to the patient as well.
