I bought this support for my girlfriend for her work shoes. She needed a size 9 and this support fit her shoe pretty well. It was wide enough to fit like a glove but it was just a tad short in the toes. It doesn't seem to affect the effectiveness of this support, however. Prior to this support, she'd come home from work complaining about her feet hurting. Now, she's not mentioned her feet hurting once in the nearly 2 weeks of usage. When asked after the first day of use, she told me that she liked them and they felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Wernies brand supports to friends and family.
