The case arrived in time and was as shown in the pics. I don’t think I saw any instructions in English not that I needed it but I am sure some one out there would like to have it. I had to go by the pictures.Let me start with the pros:1. It’s really sturdy, and definitely protects the from glass from impact.2. The grip is good3. Comes with a screen protector that can be removed4 Screen clarity - well after spending about 900 bucks for a high end display on an iPhone you wouldn’t want a mediocre screen on it . Well this screen protector doesn’t tarnish the image or screen quality. Of course it’s always better without it but you have to do take care of the screen so some compromise is necessaryNow about the cons:1. It’s really really hard to open the case atleast for me, plus it takes a couple of attempts to match the case buttons with the phone’s buttons. The first time I tried I couldn’t use any buttons. And if you mess it up your touch doesn’t work properly either.2. The cloth they gave to clean the inside glass is not as soft as I thought. I wiped the inside of the screen protector and it left some scratches on it. I used it wipe the phones glass as well. I really didn’t quite check if my phone has any scratches because as I said it’s a pain to remove the case and put it backI also noticed some air getting trapped between the screen protector and the iPhone which causes some wierd patterns and the only way to get rid of them is to open the case wipe the phone or screen protector
