This thing blew me away. I was expecting a cheap plastic massager - I was wrong. It's similar to high-end sports therapy massagers, except they cost a lot less. It came in a large heavy box. But there was ANOTHER box in there, a really nice hard case. It's velvet lined and has room for each lure which is really underrated as I've already lost 2 lures for my old one because my cats grabbed them. In addition, you can take it with you when you travel. The massage function is no joke! It has OOMPH. I keep it at 1 and 2 and it rocks my world. 3 and 4 are too high for me personally, but for some people with hard-to-reach discomforts or if someone can use the massager on you, the power this thing delivers is not to be underestimated. It literally hit me and I laughed like crazy at first because it was vibrating in my neck and shoulders and I was only on the first power level. A small guide to common sore spots with good massage points is included. So if you don't know where to start, you can isolate good massage points. Thing is a tank, the battery life is amazing too. For personal use, I don't even think about it. If you plan on using it commercially though, you might just need to top it up between customers, but it packs plenty of juice and picks up speed quickly.
