The fact that it's easy to use, has great features for managing queues in my restaurants! They have also added some really useful tools recently like "queue reports" which are very helpful as well when you're trying figure out why your queue times or other metrics aren't what they should be - this allows me see how long people were waiting at different points of time so I can make any necessary changes quickly (and often before anyone even notices!).
It would help if their support team had more employees with restaurant experience who could answer questions about best practices/troubleshooting issues without having to send them back up the chain all the way through our system admin teams etc., but otherwise everything works fine from us side-by-side using multiple locations across several states. We've seen huge improvements since implementing Queupad including less walkouts due to slow service overall during peak hours leading into busy periods vs. just being able to keep everyone seated longer &.
