Great customer service - I cannot remember the last time you were rude to me! Super fast turn around times - always super quick responses whenever there was an issue or question about my Direct Services package we were offered help right away! The level of support for each issue/question solved, has been exceptional! There are issues with emailing invoices but this was not within their realm so no worries; however, if they would like feedback on how things can be improved, please contact them via phone call rather than sending through email (unless it's very important). We are running our own online store which incorporates several features and tools our customers need. The customer service was excellent! They were always on time, willing to answer any questions I had (and sometimes even before I asked), and they never charged me for the "extra" work they did. Sometimes it took them longer than expected to get back to me or provide me with answers that I needed. It wasn't terrible. But I think the better part of this experience was getting to work with them in the first place! Highly recommend. This saved us so much time and hassle dealing with outside companies.
