Review on ZYLISS 3-in-1 Mango Tool: Slicer, Peeler, and Pit Remover for Easy Mango Preparations by Kelly Burton

I live in Hawaii and another mango season is coming to an end. We eat a lot of mangoes. Pickle the vegetables, eat them ripe and bake lots of mango bread. Although I learned how to cut them well with a knife and make bones, it takes a lot of time and quite a bit is wasted. I doubted it would work but after cutting the cases I decided to give this device a try. Zylis tends to make high quality products and this device certainly lives up to its reputation. It's well designed and the blade accommodates variations in the scalloped pits in the center of the mango. These mangoes are very slippery but the base holds and aligns the fruit so the slicer works as described. I've used it on ripe mangoes but not green ones yet. I recommend it.
