Review on 🌶️ COLE & MASON Ardingly Wood Pepper Grinder - Gourmet Precision Mechanism and Premium Peppercorns, Dark Brown Wooden Mill by Andrea Gleason

It started out as a great pepper mill. Customizable, attractive and good all round. It even came with a modest amount of peppercorns. When I tried to add peppercorns today, I couldn't unscrew the top screw cap. Even with a screwdriver on the bottom held by my wife. Everything was for nothing. I would give this a 5 star rating if it was reusable. If only the sample of peppercorns hadn't arrived, I would have returned them immediately. Unfortunately I missed the return date by 5 days. I hope that customer service will help correct this situation.
