The ease of integration with our CRM tool, the ability to view historical patient info is very helpful for keeping track of what was done previously in a study. I am not really a fan of the software, but my team loves it. I think other options are available if you find that this does not meet your needs. Our biggest problem is finding a suitable solution to capture our research data more efficiently. The Clinevo is very easy to use and has excellent customer support. I have been using Clinevo for our trial recruitment and data collection. I like that the system is very easy to use and is very flexible. I have not encountered any issues with Clinevo. Clinevo has been a very efficient and effective way for us to use to manage the data collection process. We have been able to eliminate paper-based data collection and have been able to collect data faster and with fewer errors.
