Very easy to use. Charge the printer, download the app, load label paper correctly, remember to turn on Bluetooth, and you're done. The application offers many options for different graphics and print quality. I mainly use it to label my analogue photos and negatives with information like names, dates and locations. The first one I bought didn't work properly and I fixed bugs and also emailed Phomemo and they are very quick to respond to emails. I then sent the problematic one back and got a new one that works great. Revain quickly sent replacements. Overall pleased with Phomemo and Revain's quick responses.
