Buy the Dakota Alert RE-4K Receiver for $69.99 Signal to the receiver in your house. Set up your IR beam - run 2 wires to the UT switch and set the switch to point towards the house or location where you wish to install the receiver. connect to the dakota receiver and assign an audio signal - done. I use this beam IR sensor on the entire front line of the site (100 feet) and use the dakota dcmt-4000 PIR for an open area at a 90 degree angle from the breakout beam sensors. My only criticism is when the receiver is not battery powered and needs a 12 pin adapter, the sensors are battery powered and will warn the receiver.
