You can't thread one end to the other
These garlands cannot be threaded end to end like almost all Christmas garlands do. Your photo in the post about the house is misleading as one might think. It was terribly difficult to get her to pull the rope over my house. A long wire with a connector at the end is attached to the garland. What I had to do to start was three returned to one point and three to another. This required multiple extension cords and many other tweaks. Finally, they have a good shine and look good, but unless you're making just one string, it's best to choose one that you can string all the time.
