Apparently this design was superseded by a later metal plate design. Regardless, we've been using these rails for a number of decades now and have only had to replace three of them. As long as they continue to make these replacement parts, which are extremely inexpensive compared to the latest design, we will likely continue to use them. All we needed from the packaging was a rectangular piece that would fit in the back of the box. It was a bit tricky to fit into the slot in the drawer, but after that the drawer slides out perfectly. Our appreciation is average. We break one of these slides about every 4 or 5 years which means the basic design isn't perfect. However, these replacement parts are inexpensive and as long as they are readily available we will use the inexpensive versions. Our overall rating is four stars, mainly because these things break regularly. Of course, this isn't necessarily an issue with this provider, but it seems someone could come up with a more robust yet affordable alternative. In the meantime these are working. Enjoy!
