Loud hum, vibration, tilting

Perfect size and looks. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed is an electrical hum at low speed. My Hunter fan doesn't do that. At high speed, Westinghouse fan vibrates rapidly. - Also not acceptable. Finally, when you use the pull chain to turn on the light, the entire fan tilts 45 degrees and stays there. You'll need to get a ladder or chair and manually return the fan to the correct position. Very disappointed.
