Not like before
Bought 2 packs last year. I used the first one last month and the water doesn't run evenly over the pillow. I've been using them from this supplier for years and this is the first time you've heard water go straight over the pad into the drain. Currently there is an even distribution of water flow. I just bought 4 packs of Aprilaire through Revain. Something has changed with this supplier and that is unacceptable.
