Hands down THE best brush I ever had. I bought this one for my 7 year old. She has very long thin, wavy hair. We used to brush her first with a boar bristle brush to get through the worst tangles pain free. Then followed with a detangle brush for details. This would take me easily 3-5 min everytime. This kitty brush does this job 2 in 1 and it goes through her hair like butter. No tear, no complaints from kid. Using it myself as well. The other plus is the cute shape and color. So far no chipped color, but it's just 1 week with us
