The most important thing I like about this tool is that it provides me with all my customer data in one place, so no matter where they are physically located at any given point of time - we can still reach them easily via email or SMS to get their reservations done! Their support team gets back quickly if you have questions as well. There isn't anything specific i dislike right now but maybe there should be more options available when making an account? They need to provide better training/customer service before signing up; otherwise people will think twice because of lack transparency / trustworthiness from your side guys :) Make sure to do thorough research first-hand over its features & functionality since not everyone has same needs etc., hence some may prefer other platforms instead (like ZEROCONNECT). We use AR exclusively within our organisation which makes managing multiple locations easy! I love that it is easy to use, has all of our activities organized in one place so we can see what's available when needed! There are some great features like being able to add custom fields which makes searching easier and allows us access data at anytime from anywhere. Some users have had issues with compatibility but there seems to be improvement every release. Having everything stored together helps keep track of things as well since they're right next each other.
