What I like is that it fits and secures to my face and nose really well with little movement or discomfort. But the internal filter is not so good for me. I shave every day for school and work but my stubble tears at the filter and it tears off fibers that I was breathing in. I had a serious cough for days. It also caused a rash at the contact points of my face. Even after repeat washings and replacements of filters the rash continued. So I switched to a doubled layered cloth mask and my symptoms cleared up. I do not use this mask any more and as well as it is made it is not worth me recommending it to anyone else.
