I have a similar vest for my adult cat and it doesn't seem to bother him as much as some other vests or collars I've tried. However, my eight-month-old can get away from almost anything, and this particular vest collar is no exception. Comfort wise, I'm sure it's not uncomfortable until she gets both her legs together, which is pretty fun. I highly recommend this vest and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's not 100% escape proof for every cat.
