I thought it would be better when it came out for two reasons: First, the cymbal slots don't hold my cymbals well. They tend to fall off due to the construction. Second, when you stretch your hands across the sink, they are not well fixed. They can easily slip off, so the rack can fall into the sink and, of course, take dishes with it. I think these are design flaws. In that sense, the rack still serves my purpose as I only use a few cymbals at a time. The cutlery holder is well designed and fits inside or outside the counter. I ended up having to tape my hands to keep them securely in place. I used masking tape and it seems to work fine. I can't think of a solution for disk slots. Too bad. Just an average product.
