You get what you pay for. Started to work well, but quickly became boring. I trimmed the cherry which I trimmed to about 1/16" the final size. I didn't serve too quickly. The result was burning if I served too slow and ripping off pieces if I served too fast. Maybe the edge steel was bad. qualitative.
