Review on 💧 Waterproof Electrical Automotive Industrial Connectors - Kuject Connectors by Sonny Nevers

I used to use these typical "butt splice sleeves" as I do quite a bit of automotive wiring work. Do these Kuject brand self-soldering butt connectors not work properly? The solder ring draws excessive heat from the electric blower and never fully melts. The heat shrink tubing usually melts before the solder rings even melt into the wires! Absolute disappointment with this product. I used 4 blue butt connectors from the Kuject pack, all 4 pieces, the solder ring didn't melt properly. Will it just soften, not melt? I clipped off the broken connectors, reprepared the wires, and used a different brand of heat shrink connectors that I already had and they worked fine. I threw away the rest of the Kuject connectors. No problem returning them. Disappointing.
