[UPDATE 01/20/2021] I've increased my rating to a 4 to reflect the current customer service. 1 star for MY light, 3 stars for their service. The day I contacted them about the problem (via email) they gave me a support ticket number and 2 days later I was told that a new lamp had been dispatched. Got the tracking number yesterday. Although I have since bought a new lamp to keep my plants alive I am impressed with its quick response time and performance. Excellent customer service. I bought this light for a new 29 gallon aquarium with a couple of angelfish, tines and measles. It works GREAT when you grow plants in medium to low light. The slim profile (which I liked) and the different scenes and LED colors are fantastic. I set ours to turn on and off at different intervals throughout the day with the express aim of giving the plants the best growing conditions. I did this with an Alexa enabled plug. Unfortunately I bought this flashlight on 06/17/2020 and on 01/14/2021 it completely died just 7 months after I received it. The description said it was water resistant so I figured that meant it would be resistant to fine bubble spray from the air stone in the tank. I assume it wasn't. The attached picture shows how much condensation has accumulated and how much damage has been done.
