I am a man and what do I know? If it didn't have a lot of threads I wouldn't buy it! I was furnishing a guest room and didn't want to spend a lot of money on linens that I didn't even know were going to be used. So I chose the NTBAY kit. My room was REALLY used and my guests thought the decor was fantastic. So I ordered another set for my bed - and they are AMAZING! For the price they are unbeatable. Fitted sheets for higher mattresses work great. I will look for a Cal King set next time. - my only gripe is that the cover sheet is a little "sticky" - and that's not really a gripe. sure . . You can spend 20x more for a 1200 thread count topsheet. . . . I'm happy. Great product at a great price - and the white color is immaculate! :-)
