I bought these when we downsized the bed for our master bedroom from king to queen. Our bed gets a lot of use. My husband and I sleep at different times due to different work shifts and for the price we expected the same quality as our latest king set (Eddie Bauer loved these sheets). They were heavier but at the same price as these. Within the first week, the sheets began to slide down the foot of the bed. They are a bit big for a mattress (we have a 12 inch hybrid mattress). I love our mattress, but not so much those sheets. Until they were torn and not torn, it was bought in December, it was written about in January. The fabric is soft, they are well made and don't complain about it and that's why I give them 3 stars. My only complaint is the pills, which can be quite a nuisance when trying to get a good night's sleep. This may be a pattern we purchased so I am not returning these sheets, they are still in the return window. Bought a cheaper set from the box shop to see if it would be better for us. But I wanted to write an honest review to warn others that there might be a small problem with them. Planning on removing the pills in the next wash and see if I can but I won't be buying this brand again in the future.
