EDIT: I've only used them a couple of times and 1 out of 3 bulbs I've bought have a flickering problem when switched on. somewhere above 50% brightness. I have contacted the company and will update the review accordingly. To be honest the lights are fantastic and I'm downgrading from 5 stars to 3 just because one of the lights is unusable. 2. EDIT: We replaced the block via GVM and the new one works great. However, after only a month or so one of the cables + adapters seems to have failed and not powering any of our three lights and I have waited two weeks for a response from GVM to order another one. . On the one hand, we have many problems with supposedly professional lighting. On the other hand, they only cost $112 each. So we stay at the level of 3 stars. First Review Below: At first I couldn't believe how bright these suction cups are. With the reflector switched off, the illumination is 170 degrees and produces an impressive amount of light. The reflector crops the corner to about 90 degrees (I think) and gives the illuminated area a big hit. The Bowens mount works great and we have the Neewer folding reflector, the Soonpho barn doors and the Aputure Fresnel lens attachments and they all mount and work great. Another reviewer mentioned that the Bowens mount is loose and it's true that it rattles a bit when shaken, but that wasn't a problem for us and we installed large softboxes, Fresnel lenses, a reflector + barn . door + gels, everything and there were no problems.
