INK CARTRIDGES NOT WORKING

The product DOES NOT WORK with "Starter" cartridges. Support knows the product is defective. They forced me to take photos of the cartridges installed, even though they know the cartridges don't work. I was happy with the quick shipping and setup, but customer service lied to me about sending replacement cartridges overnight. I ran out of ink after a few days and can't work, DO NOT BUY Epson printers. SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pros

Fast printing - 10.3 ppm ISO (black and white) and 4.5 ppm ISO (color).
