Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience With ZVOX SB700 Aluminum Sound Bar - Built-In Subwoofer And AccuVoice Dialogue Boost by Ryan Saxton

We've only had the sound bar for a short time, but so far I am very satisfied. My previous set up involved a receiver connected to a high quality Polk soundbar and subwoofer, but the soundbar and subwoofer were 10 years old and the subwoofer gave up the the ghost a couple of years ago. I wanted to simplify my setup while hopefully improving the clarity of dialogue and this soundbar seems to have done the trick. To my ear it sounds very good, and I am also pleased with the bass response, which is plenty strong for me and preferred by my wife over the subwoofer, which she always felt was too much anyway. The soundbar also matches the width of our new wall-mounted 65 inch TV perfectly and I really feel that none of the shorter soundbars on the market would look as good with a large wall-mounted TV.Following the included instructions, it took mere seconds to teach the sound bar to respond to the power, volume, and mute buttons on my TV's remote, and thanks to CEC and the direct connection of my Nvidia Shield to the TV (no more intervening receiver), we no longer need our (wonderful) Harmony remote either. As a result, our TV watching setup has become much, much simpler, so that box was checked as well.It might be nice if the soundbar had more connection options and it would be great if it were capable of participating in the ebay Alexa/Google Assistant smart home environments, but those are the only negatives that I can think of. I did a lot of research over the course of many months and having used the Zvox SB700 for several weeks now, I am confident that it was the best choice for us among the soundbars currently available.Finally, I should mention that I ordered the soundbar from Zvox through ebay, and when there was a price drop a few days after I ordered, I contacted them and they matched it with no problem, so my experience with Zvox so far has been excellent as well
