A few issues after installing my Bullet 4 camera system. - The camera's motion detection has too many false alarms and sometimes doesn't detect motion even in the evening. This is set with a sensitivity of 40. The camera images are pretty good for 4MP, but I couldn't see the license plates of cars parked on the street about 15 feet away. - The voice recorder froze and sometimes I couldn't watch the video remotely. I had to log into nvr again to be able to see remotely again. - Video playback from NVR is slow and sometimes freezes. - One of the cameras stopped working after a day. I noticed that one of the plug pins on the Category 5 plug was loose. Tech support is responding. They got back to me within a day to replace this camera. Installation instructions could be improved. Rainwater has entered the category 5 port of the chamber. There were no instructions for installing a rubber seal. I should have found out. If the seal is fitted correctly and the plug is pressed against the wall with the rubber seal facing up, water will enter. I had to turn the plug upside down and then hold it against the wall.
