No quality goods! The handles fall off!

I don't often write reviews but we have replaced all the knobs in our house with this product and the quality doesn't seem reliable in any way! One handle after another falls directly from the doorknob! We had Baldwin grips 15 years ago and they seem to be much stronger and more durable. They fall apart in just a few months! Attention buyers, not quality products!
